Pagkain ng Pinoy: Beef Tapa

Beef tapa is a classic Filipino dish often eaten during breakfast. Sometimes compared to beef jerkey, tapa is easy to make and does not require any specialized ingredients, making it perfect for people who may not know have much experience with cooking, like college students!
Ingredients
1/2 lb Thinly sliced beef
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cooking Oil

Procedure

Step 1
Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Step 2
Combine vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl and mix.

Step 5
Serve with rice and enjoy!
